This is a short story for kids, elders and all who care for environment. I narrated this to my son during Deepavali and took time to put the same in writing and posting here. Hope you like it

 

My Quiver of Power

Quiver is a holder of arrows.  As a learner, teacher, writer and an artist, I use pencil, pen, chalk, stylus and brush, to express my thoughts. Thus, these form  my Quiver of Power.

 

I am a Teacher

As a Teacher I believe that learning is a life long process and more particularly for a TEACHER. 

Here is my motto, that I believe as a TEACHER

 

What is Education?

 Education has several meanings and interpretations. I would like to bring out a very pertinent and rational meaning of Education through my definition.

Education may make you a doctor, an engineer or a clerk. It is a means of livelihood.

But your education is not worthy if you forget to be human and fail to respect your fellow humans.

Thus education is something to be connected to our day to day lives in totality.

DREAMS

When we have bigger aims in life, we should not settle for the smaller ones. At the same time, we should achieve the bigger dream step by step, one after the other.

 

Responsibility

Responsibility is not as simple as it sounds. It is something that cannot be defined or replaced. It is difficult to find a word that could replace it. I wrote this quote to depict the meaning of responsibility, in my own way.

 

Beauty

 I wrote this beautiful quote inspired by Indian actress Neena Gupta. She is a very talented and a beautiful woman and I am a keen admirer of her. I dedicate this quote to her.
